Still using Lumen or CenturyLink for voice?

If your company still uses Lumen — or legacy CenturyLink — for business voice services, this may be a good time to take a closer look at what you have.
Lumen has announced an end-of-sale strategy for enterprise voice offerings. That doesn’t mean existing voice services are disappearing tomorrow, but it does send a pretty clear signal about where Lumen is headed.
Rather than waiting until a contract expiration or service change forces a decision, now may be the better time to:
- Inventory your existing Lumen services
- Identify legacy lines and dependencies
- Review contracts and current costs
- Evaluate voice, UCaaS, Teams and POTS replacement options
- Build a transition plan on your timetable
Abilita is vendor neutral, so our role isn’t to steer you toward a particular replacement provider. It’s to help determine what makes the most sense for your business.
If you’re currently using Lumen/CenturyLink, I’d be happy to have a brief conversation about what you’re seeing and whether a review makes sense.
